The registration balance is due by June 16, 2008. Registration fees are not refundable.   Please note: Receive registration savings: Register by March 14, receive a $100.00 discount; Register by March 21, receive a $75.00 discount; Register by April 4, receive a $50.00 discount.   Tuition Fees:            Annual              11 Monthly Payments            Grades K - 6 : $3,850.00                  $350.00            Grades 7 - 8 : $4,059.00                  $369.00 10% discount for second sibling; 20% discount for third sibling; fourth child--see school office. Tuition is based on a yearly fee payable in 11 monthly payments beginning July 1 through May 1. Tuition is due the first day of each month and is late if not paid by the 10th of each month and is subject to a late fee of $25.00. A student may be disenrolled if tuition is not paid by the end of each month. Returned checks will be charged a fee of $35.00. Other Discounts: $100.00 discount/child for tuition paid in full by September 1, 2008. $300.00 credit for new students referred. Student Registration Agreement I/We understand that failure to follow school policies, regarding any and all issues, may lead to my child(ren) to be disenrolled.   Family Commitment Agreement I/We will complete the family goal and earn 20 points by May 1, 2008. I/We understand that incomplete points will be billed at $10/point and that it is our responsibility to complete and turn in the Family Commitment Point Slips.   School Uniforms I/We understand that every student must wear approved uniforms to school as outlined in the dress code policy. Uniforms must comply with the dress code policy. I/We will follow all uniform dress code policies as printed in the student handbook and will insure that our child(ren) will follow these policies as well. Any deviation from uniform dress code will lead to disciplinary action.      By signing this, I/We agree to the following: 1. To support ALL rules and regulations set forth by the school which includes the dress code policies. 2. To provide a cooperative and Christian atmosphere at home by discussing/resolving disagreements with staff/administration. 3. I will foster an attitude of respect and responsibility on the part of my child. 4. To be responsible in prompt payment of all school fees with the understanding that my child(ren) is subject to disenrollment if my account becomes delinquent. 5. To support school functions, fundraisers, and programs that benefit our students. 6.
